Installation
Hydrophiletic-Z is a system of flux controlled electronically networking with the environment in terms of movement and an ambient distributed sound, through a hybridization of organic systems and electric systems. Having an electric sensorial capacity, Hydrophiletic-Z can absolve its gravity without losing its own plasticity. The cumulative development of the piece allows it to be reactive to its own internal flow. Because of its low mobility, Hydrophiletic-Z needs to restart its movement often in order to reload its structured system.
The device is autopoietic: an autonomous system defined and invigorated by its internal processes. Half organic and half mechanic, Hydrophiletic-Z communicates though both its mechanical and electrical reactions. Hydrophiletic_Z, is a system formed by borders and structure, but as a site specific installation immerses and melts within its own inhabited environment. It’s very possible to see its internal flow, organs and brain working through its transparent body. Its audible pulses come from its own inherent elements which are Hydrophiletic-Z itself, that transmits the water flow frequencies captured by the system. This audible complexity is given back to environment, natural:mente.
Hydrophiletic-Z é um sistema de fluxos controlados eletronicamente em rede que relaciona-se com o entorno em movimento e sonoridade distribuída ambiental, através da hibridização de sistemas orgânicos e elétricos. Com capacidade sensorial, Hydrophiletic-Z absorve a gravidade sem perder a sua própria plasticidade. Hydrophiletic-Z tem reações cumulativas, reativas em relação aos fluxos internos. Hydrophiletic-Z é recursivo em seu próprio discurso e seu universo pequeno. Devido à sua baixa mobilidade, Hydrophiletic-Z precisa para restabelecer por vezes a sua ordem para recarregar seu próprio sistema, que é a sua estrutura. Meio mecânico, meio orgânico, organizado como um sistema autopoiético, Hydrophiletic-Z se comunica através de reações mecânicas e eletrônicas.Hydrophiletic_Z, como sistema, tem estrutura e bordas, mas como instalação site-specific, funde-se e integra-se com o entorno que habita. Através de um corpo muito translúcido, é possível ver seus fluxos internos e seus órgãos e cérebro funcionando. As pulsações audíveis advém da sonoridade dos elementos que compõe Hydrophiletic-Z, que fazem parte deste corpo, e que transmitem as freqüências captadas a partir do fluxo da água. Esta complexidade sonora é devolvida ao entorno, natural:mente*.
